One week after its release, Syndicate’s self-titled album debuts at #20 on the
ARIA album charts and #4 on the Australian album charts
 Sydney rockers Syndicate only released their album at the beginning of the month, and its already debuted in the Top 20 of the ARIA charts. Coming in at #20 in the album charts and #4 in the Australian charts, Syndicate is fast proving that they’re the band to watch out for!
Add to this the fact that they’ve just been added as the official Australian tour support for Alice Cooper’s sideshow dates around the country in September, and this five-piece band are cementing the names into the Aussie rock scene. After all, they’ve got some of the biggest names in rock listed on their debut album, and have already shared the stage with industry alumnae.
The debut album was recorded in Los Angeles with Jeff Blue (Linkin Park, Matchbox 20), Brandon Friesen (Nickelback) and Scott Humphrey (Metallica, Mötley Crüe). Add to that more recording at Tranzformer studio with Bryan Carlstorm (The Offspring), at Matt Sorum’s studio (Guns N Roses, Velvet Revolver) and Tommy Lee’s home studio in Calabasas.
With two singles ‘Shout’ and ‘All My Life’ already garnering airplay around Australia, and a third single ‘My Confession’ due out in the coming weeks; Syndicate is continuing to earn themselves fans around the country. Their national tour is taking them along the East Coast and across to Perth, and they look set to be on the road for a solid six months between headline shows and major international supports.
 As they wrap-up their own album headline shows, the band will head to Europe for the PopKomm Music Industry showcase and Berlin Music Festival, before returning for Alice Cooper’s Australian tour. Things are happening fast for Syndicate, and it’s no surprise. This band has been steadily earning their stripes and cementing their reputation and now they’re ready to make an international impact! Watch out as Syndicate heats up the ARIA charts bringing rock back into the Australian music psyche.
