 Australia’s favourite country music star, Lee Kernaghan, continues his 2011 tour with 2 new special club dates just announced. Lee will be bringing his Pubs Clubs & Carparks Tour to Canberra Vikings Club Erindale in his first club show in Canberra for nearly 15 years on Saturday 15th October.
Lee has also announced a special show at Rooty Hill RSL Club on Sunday 16th Oct. This show will be the closing event for the annual Country Music Festival week held at the club.
The Pubs Clubs & Carparks Tour follows Lee’s highly successful sell-out Planet Country tour and will see him visit venues and towns that weren’t included on the 2010 tour.
Lee will light up the night with what many critics call the most exciting live show in Australia.
Lee said “I look forward to playing to a certified crowd at these shows and for everyone to enjoy a great night of country music with special guest appearances by my sister Tania Kernaghan and also the chart topping Markus Meier who is doing so well of late with his new album”.
“The whole idea of this Pubs Clubs & Carparks Tour is to break the normal cycle of touring and take our show into unusual locations that are not a part of the regular touring circuit or places we have not visited in a long time,” Lee added.
As Lee heads into a run of dates in October, he is also celebrating the release of his new album – ULTIMATE HITS – which hits the stores on September 30th.
